From Darkness to Light

The Last OneAs part of a series marking the 25th anniversary of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, the Emory Interfaith Health Program, the NAMES Project Foundation (custodian of the Quilt), and the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., sponsored an interfaith worship service, From Darkness to Light:  An Interfaith Service of Hope and Commitment.

This service remembered those we have lost and those who continue in the struggle to live with dignity and worth in the face of HIV/AIDS. The service was attended by faith leaders and faithful persons from around the world who gave witness to the faith that has supported them in their journeys, while we considered who we are and whose we are in the midst of this pandemic.  Dr. James Curran, Dean of the Emory Rollins School of Public Health, delivered the keynote address.
